Items discussed:

1. Opening of the meeting:

The meeting was opened at 10 o’clock sharp, in the presence of a sufficient number of members and after the legal quorum had been verified, in order to hold by-elections and fill 3 vacant seats on the association’s board, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 32 of the association’s statutes.

2. Elections to fill the vacancies:

Elections were discussed and held to fill 3 vacant seats on the board. Following the vote on the candidates, the following members were elected:

– Mr Mounir Bouraoui

– Mr Mouldi Dhifallah

– Mr Chamseddine Kifaji

They will serve for the remainder of the term of the board elected on 16 April 2022, i.e. until 2024.

3. Approval of the results:

The election results were approved by a majority, with no objections.

4. Closing of the meeting:

The meeting was closed at 11 o’clock sharp, after the results had been announced and duties had been handed over to the elected members.

7.Mr Mouldi Dhifallah: Coordinator with artistic and foreign troupes and hotels

8.Mr Mounir Bouraoui: Coordinator with troupes, associations and institutions

9.Mr Chamseddine Kifaji: In charge of projects and advertising
