Register and take part 
in building the Aoussou Carnival floats! The Aoussou Parade Carnival
aims to:
help support and invigorate the cultural life of the governorate and preserve popular cultural heritage;revive the customs and traditions that stem from this heritage and showcase the achievements made in the fields of youth, culture and tourism at regional and national level. In keeping with these worthy objectives, and to celebrate the 63rd edition 
, it has been decided to open registration nationally
and internationally 
to take part in designing and building carnival floats on the theme “Aoussou… Culture and Heritage” 
Registration deadline: 15 March 2026
in building the Aoussou Carnival floats! The Aoussou Parade Carnival aims to:help support and invigorate the cultural life of the governorate and preserve popular cultural heritage;revive the customs and traditions that stem from this heritage and showcase the achievements made in the fields of youth, culture and tourism at regional and national level. In keeping with these worthy objectives, and to celebrate the 63rd edition , it has been decided to open registration nationally and internationally to take part in designing and building carnival floats on the theme “Aoussou… Culture and Heritage” Registration deadline: 15 March 2026 Requirements for the carnival float:
- Length: from 6.80 m to 13 m
- Width: 3.80 m maximum
- Height: 6.80 m maximum
- Materials: resin, fibreglass, metal frame, fabrics, paper, other materials
- Movement of the figures: motorised or manual
Specify its features, state the build time and cost, and submit a sketch.
Respect the general aims of the festival.
